Important Warnings

Use with caution in kidney disease/dialysis (risk of aluminium accumulation). May reduce absorption of many oral medicines—maintain time gap. Avoid in known hypersensitivity to sucralfate. If symptoms persist, vomiting blood/black stools or severe abdominal pain occurs, seek medical advice.

Sucrafil Tab 10S may interact with the following:

Fluoroquinolone antibiotics (ciprofloxacin/norfloxacin/ofloxacin)
tetracyclines
levothyroxine
digoxin
phenytoin
warfarin
theophylline—absorption may decrease; antacids can interfere if taken too close; separate dosing by 2 hours (or as advised).
