Important Warnings
May cause dizziness/fainting especially after the first dose or when standing up; rise slowly from sitting/lying. Use caution in patients with low blood pressure, severe liver impairment, or severe kidney disease. Inform eye surgeon before cataract/glaucoma surgery due to risk of intraoperative floppy iris syndrome (IFIS). Not indicated for women and children. Seek medical help for allergic reactions or prolonged painful erection (priapism).
