Known side effects of Tapal ER 100 Tab include Nausea, vomiting, constipation, dizziness, drowsiness/somnolence, headache, dry mouth, itching, sweating, fatigue. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Prescription opioid; risk of addiction, abuse and misuse. May cause serious/life-threatening respiratory depression—higher risk in elderly, debilitated patients, sleep apnea/COPD, and with other CNS depressants. Do not crush/chew ER tablets (overdose risk). Avoid driving/operating machinery due to drowsiness/dizziness. Use caution in head injury/increased intracranial pressure, seizure disorders, liver/kidney impairment, hypotension, biliary disease, and history of substance use disorder. May cause withdrawal in newborn if used long-term during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.

serotonergic drugs (SSRIs/SNRIs/TCAs/triptans/linezolid) and drugs affecting norepinephrine (risk of serotonin syndrome/adrenergic effects)
