• Dizziness
• headache
• ankle swelling (edema)
• flushing
• increased urination
• fatigue
• nausea
• low blood pressure
• electrolyte imbalance (low potassium/sodium)
• increased uric acid

Tazloc Trio 40MG Tab may interact with the following:

• Other antihypertensives (additive hypotension)
• NSAIDs (may reduce effect and worsen kidney function)
• lithium (toxicity risk)
• potassium supplements/potassium-sparing diuretics or salt substitutes (hyperkalemia risk with telmisartan)
• ACE inhibitors/aliskiren (higher risk of kidney impairment and hyperkalemia; avoid in diabetes)
• corticosteroids (electrolyte loss)
• digoxin (electrolyte changes may increase arrhythmia risk)
• alcohol (increased dizziness)
