Known side effects of Tearmist E/D include Temporary burning/stinging, blurred vision, eye redness, watering, eye irritation. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Stop use and consult a doctor if eye pain, vision changes, persistent redness/irritation, or symptoms worsen. Do not use if seal is broken or solution changes color/turns cloudy. Use with caution in contact lens wearers (check if product is compatible). If using other eye medicines, keep a 10–15 minute gap. For external use in eyes only.
Drug Interactions
Tearmist E/D may interact with the following:
No significant systemic drug interactions expected with ophthalmic lubricants. Concurrent use with other eye drops/ointments may reduce effect; separate by 10–15 minutes (ointments last).
