• lightheadedness
• low blood pressure
• increased urination
• dehydration
• headache
• fatigue
• nausea
• electrolyte imbalance (low potassium/low sodium)
• increased uric acid
• increased blood sugar

Telma-Mct 25/12.5MG Tab may interact with the following:

• Other antihypertensives (additive hypotension)
• NSAIDs (reduced effect and kidney risk)
• lithium (toxicity risk)
• potassium supplements/potassium-sparing diuretics (hyperkalemia risk)
• ACE inhibitors or aliskiren (increased kidney risk/hyperkalemia; avoid in diabetes with aliskiren)
• corticosteroids (electrolyte imbalance)
• digoxin (electrolyte-related toxicity risk)
