Known side effects of Telsar Am Tab include Dizziness, headache, ankle swelling (edema), flushing, fatigue, palpitations, nausea, low blood pressure. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Not recommended in pregnancy; stop and consult a doctor if pregnancy occurs. Use caution in kidney or liver impairment, dehydration, low blood pressure, heart failure, aortic stenosis, and elderly patients. May cause dizziness—avoid driving if affected. Monitor kidney function and potassium, especially if on diuretics or kidney disease. Seek urgent care for severe swelling of face/lips (angioedema) or fainting.
