• dizziness
• headache
• fatigue
• increased urination
• nausea
• low blood pressure
• electrolyte imbalance (low potassium/low sodium)
• raised uric acid
• muscle cramps

Telsite H 40+12.5MG Tab may interact with the following:

• NSAIDs (may reduce effect and worsen kidney function)
• potassium supplements/potassium-sparing diuretics and salt substitutes (risk of high potassium)
• lithium (toxicity risk)
• other antihypertensives (additive low BP)
• diuretics/corticosteroids (electrolyte imbalance)
• aliskiren (avoid in diabetes; caution in renal impairment)
• ACE inhibitors/other ARBs (generally avoid dual RAAS blockade)
