Known side effects of TELZEAL-H TAB include Dizziness, headache, fatigue, increased urination, dehydration, low blood pressure, electrolyte imbalance (low potassium/low sodium), nausea. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings

Not recommended in pregnancy (may harm fetus); use caution in breastfeeding. Risk of low BP especially with dehydration/diuretics; maintain adequate fluids. May increase uric acid and blood sugar. Avoid potassium supplements/salt substitutes unless advised. Photosensitivity can occur with hydrochlorothiazide.
