• dizziness
• low blood pressure
• increased urination
• headache
• fatigue
• nausea
• electrolyte imbalance (low potassium/sodium)
• increased uric acid
• increased creatinine

Telzox H 80MG Tab may interact with the following:

• Other antihypertensives (additive hypotension)
• NSAIDs (reduced effect and kidney risk)
• lithium (increased lithium toxicity)
• potassium supplements/potassium-sparing diuretics/salt substitutes (hyperkalemia risk with telmisartan)
• diuretics or laxatives (electrolyte imbalance)
• steroids (hypokalemia risk)
• antidiabetic medicines (may alter glucose control)
• alcohol (increased dizziness)
• digoxin (telmisartan may increase levels)

Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
