Important Warnings

Prolonged steroid use may increase intraocular pressure, cause glaucoma, cataract, delayed wound healing, and secondary infections (including fungal/viral); avoid use in viral (e.g., herpes simplex), fungal or mycobacterial eye infections unless prescribed. Do not use for longer than advised; monitoring of eye pressure may be needed if used >10 days. Stop and seek care if severe pain, vision changes, worsening redness/swelling, or allergic reaction occurs.
