Known side effects of Ursodil SR Tab include Diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal pain, indigestion, constipation, headache, dizziness, rash, itching. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Use only under medical supervision. Not suitable for calcified/non-cholesterol gallstones, non-functioning gallbladder, or biliary obstruction. Use with caution in severe liver disease, pancreatitis, or inflammatory bowel disease. Monitor liver function tests; stop and seek care if severe abdominal pain, persistent diarrhoea, jaundice, or worsening symptoms occur.
Drug Interactions
Ursodil SR Tab may interact with the following:
Bile acid sequestrants (cholestyramine/colestipol)
aluminium-based antacids (reduce absorption)
cyclosporine (levels may change)
estrogens/oral contraceptives and clofibrate (may increase gallstone risk)
some lipid-lowering agents; separate cholestyramine/antacids by 2-4 hours
