Xemlifen 25mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Mirabegron and Solifenacin. Mirabegron is a beta 3-receptor agonist. It works by activating the receptor in the bladder, causing the bladder muscles to relax. Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic. It also works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder.
