Important Warnings
Use only under specialist supervision with ultrasound/hormonal monitoring. Risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) in women—seek urgent care for severe abdominal pain, rapid weight gain, shortness of breath, reduced urination. Increased risk of multiple pregnancy. Contraindicated in hormone-dependent tumors (e.g., ovarian/uterine/breast/prostate), primary ovarian failure, uncontrolled thyroid/adrenal disorders, unexplained vaginal bleeding, ovarian cysts not due to PCOS, active thromboembolic disorders. Use caution in PCOS, history of thrombosis, epilepsy, migraine, asthma, cardiac/renal disease. In boys, may cause precocious puberty/early epiphyseal closure; monitor. Not for use during pregnancy once pregnancy is established; do not use for weight loss.
Pregnancy Safety
Not recommended (used to induce ovulation; discontinue once pregnancy is confirmed unless specifically advised)

Use with caution (no specific interaction known; alcohol may impair fertility and may worsen side effects like dizziness/nausea)
Storage
Store refrigerated at 2–8°C; protect from light. Do not freeze. After reconstitution, use immediately (or within the time advised in labeling); discard any unused solution.
