Acne (pimples), mild to moderate acne vulgaris, comedones (blackheads/whiteheads)

Acnestar Gel is an anti-acne topical preparation. It helps reduce acne-causing bacteria and inflammation and promotes unclogging of pores to prevent formation of new pimples. The exact mechanism depends on the active ingredient(s) in the gel.

For external use only. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer to the acne-affected skin once daily or as advised by a doctor. Avoid contact with eyes, lips, inside nose and broken/irritated skin; wash hands after application.

Dryness, peeling, redness, burning/stinging, itching, irritation

For external use only. Do not apply on cuts, eczema or sunburned skin. May increase sensitivity to sunlight—use sunscreen and limit sun/UV exposure. If severe irritation, swelling, blistering or allergic reaction occurs, stop use and consult a doctor. Use with caution on sensitive skin; avoid combining with harsh soaps, scrubs or alcohol-based cosmetics unless advised.

Other topical acne products (retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid), topical antibiotics, abrasive cleansers/peels, alcohol-containing astringents, products causing photosensitivity

Store at room temperature below 25°C, away from heat and direct light. Keep the tube tightly closed and out of reach of children.
