Nobel-DS Gel

Nobel-Ds Gel contains Nimesulide (100mg). Prescription required.

Nobel Tablet is used for pain relief and fever. It should not be used in children below 12 years of age.

Nobel Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nobel Tablet is to be taken with food.

Vomiting Nausea Diarrhea

Take it with or just after food, and for the shortest time that works. Stop and seek urgent care for black or tarry stools, vomiting blood, or severe stomach pain — this group can cause bleeding from the stomach. Long or high-dose use raises the risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney injury, particularly in older people and those already at risk. Avoid if you are dehydrated or have an illness with vomiting or loose motions — the kidneys are vulnerable then. Must be avoided in the last three months of pregnancy. Nimesulide must not be given to children under twelve, and courses are restricted to a few days because of the risk of liver injury. Stop and see a doctor at once if you notice yellowing of the eyes or skin, dark urine or persistent nausea.

Combining with a blood thinner or aspirin sharply raises the bleeding risk. Reduces the effect of blood pressure medicines and water tablets, and together with them can harm the kidneys. Never take two anti-inflammatory painkillers at the same time.

Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight. Close the cap tightly after each use. Keep out of the reach of children.
