Chewable multivitamin/mineral supplements work by providing essential micronutrients that act as cofactors in metabolic reactions, supporting energy production, immunity and tissue repair. They help correct dietary gaps and deficiency states.

Chew the tablet completely before swallowing. Take as directed by a physician or as per label; commonly 1 tablet once daily after food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhoea, metallic taste, headache

Use with caution in kidney disease, hypercalcaemia, iron overload (haemochromatosis) or history of kidney stones (if calcium/vitamin D present). Do not combine with other multivitamin/mineral products unless advised. Keep out of reach of children; accidental overdose of iron-containing products can be harmful. If you are on chronic medicines or have persistent symptoms, consult a doctor.
