Do not use if you have known allergy to any ingredient. Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcaemia, hypervitaminosis D, or sarcoidosis. If pregnant, breastfeeding, elderly, or taking other supplements/medicines, consult a doctor before use. Avoid taking multiple calcium/vitamin D products together unless advised to prevent overdose.
