Treatment and prevention of vitamin B-complex deficiency, nutritional supplementation in weakness and fatigue due to deficiency, support in mouth ulcers and glossitis due to deficiency, adjunct in neuropathy and anemia due to vitamin deficiency (as advised by doctor)

Beplex Forte is a combination of B-complex vitamins and folic acid. These vitamins act as co-factors in energy metabolism, red blood cell formation and nerve function. Supplementation corrects deficiencies and helps relieve related symptoms like fatigue, mouth ulcers and neuropathic complaints due to deficiency.

Take as directed by the physician. Generally taken orally with water, preferably after food to reduce stomach upset. Do not exceed the recommended dose; continue for the duration advised.

Nausea, stomach upset, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, flushing, bad taste, rash, urine discoloration (yellow)

Use with caution in patients with hypersensitivity to any component. If symptoms persist or you have severe anemia/neuropathy, seek medical advice as additional evaluation may be needed. High-dose or prolonged vitamin B6 use may cause neuropathy; follow prescribed dose. Folic acid can mask vitamin B12 deficiency—do not self-treat long-term if you have anemia or neurological symptoms.

Levodopa (without carbidopa) may be reduced by pyridoxine, antiepileptics (phenytoin, phenobarbital, primidone) may have reduced levels with folic acid, methotrexate/trimethoprim (antifolate drugs) may be affected by folic acid supplementation, chloramphenicol may blunt hematologic response to vitamin B12, isoniazid may increase vitamin B6 requirement
