Risk of serious bleeding; seek help for black stools, blood in vomit/urine, unusual bruising. Inform doctor before surgery/dental procedures. Use caution in liver disease, history of bleeding disorders, peptic ulcer. Rare: thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) signs include fever, weakness, neurological symptoms, low platelets.
