Coldact products typically combine an analgesic/antipyretic to reduce fever and pain with an antihistamine to reduce sneezing/runny nose and a decongestant to relieve nasal blockage. Exact mechanism depends on the specific Coldact capsule variant and its ingredients.

Take exactly as directed on the label or by a doctor. Usually taken after food with water; do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Avoid taking with other cold/flu medicines containing similar ingredients (especially paracetamol).

Not for children unless advised by a doctor. Use caution in hypertension, heart disease, glaucoma, enlarged prostate/urinary retention, thyroid disease, liver disease, and asthma/COPD. May cause drowsiness; avoid driving/alcohol. Seek care if symptoms persist, high fever, rash, or breathing difficulty.

MAO inhibitors (dangerous interaction), other sedatives/alcohol (increased drowsiness), antihypertensives (reduced effect), other sympathomimetics/decongestants (additive BP/heart rate rise), other paracetamol-containing products (overdose risk)

Store below 25°C in a dry place, protect from moisture and light, keep out of reach of children.
