Used for non-contact measurement of body temperature and for checking surface temperature of objects depending on device modes.

It detects infrared energy emitted from the forehead/surface and converts it to a temperature reading using an internal sensor and algorithm. Non-contact design helps reduce cross-contamination risk and allows quick screening.

Select body/forehead mode if available. Hold thermometer at the recommended distance (as per manual), aim at the forehead/temple, press scan, and read display. Avoid measuring immediately after exercise, bathing, or coming from a hot/cold environment.

No known side effects

Readings can be affected by sweat, cosmetics, ambient temperature, and incorrect distance. Not a substitute for clinical diagnosis; confirm with a clinical thermometer if fever is suspected. Keep lens clean; avoid drops/impact; keep out of reach of children.

No known drug interactions.

Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from dust, moisture and direct sunlight. Do not expose to extreme heat/cold; remove batteries if unused for long periods.
