Acidity, heartburn, indigestion (dyspepsia), gas/bloating, gastritis-related discomfort

Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide neutralize excess stomach acid to relieve heartburn and indigestion. Simethicone reduces surface tension of gas bubbles, helping them coalesce and pass, reducing bloating.

Apply/consume as per dosage form instructions on label; for oral gel, take measured dose after meals and at bedtime or as directed by physician. Shake well if applicable. Keep a 2-hour gap from other medicines to avoid absorption issues.

Constipation, diarrhea, nausea, chalky taste, abdominal discomfort

Use caution in kidney disease (risk of magnesium/aluminium accumulation). Do not use for prolonged periods without medical advice. Seek medical help for severe or persistent abdominal pain, black stools, or weight loss.

Tetracyclines, quinolones, iron salts, levothyroxine, bisphosphonates (reduced absorption), other antacids

Store below 25°C, protected from light; do not freeze. Keep cap tightly closed.
