Directions for Use

Drug Interactions
May reduce effect with levodopa when given without carbidopa (pyridoxine interaction), chloramphenicol may blunt hematologic response to vitamin B12, metformin and PPIs can reduce vitamin B12 levels, isoniazid/penicillamine/oral contraceptives can lower vitamin B6 levels, folic acid can mask vitamin B12 deficiency
