For intramuscular or intravenous injection only, as prescribed by a doctor. Dose and schedule depend on the condition and vitamin deficiency status. Do not self-inject.

Injection site pain, redness or swelling, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, rash, itching

Use only under medical supervision. Inform your doctor if you have allergy to B-complex/vitamin injections, kidney or liver disease, history of low potassium, or are on long-term medications. Rapid IV administration may increase adverse effects; follow recommended rate. Stop and seek care if severe allergy (swelling, breathing difficulty) occurs.

May reduce effect with levodopa when given without carbidopa (pyridoxine interaction), chloramphenicol may blunt hematologic response to vitamin B12, metformin and PPIs can reduce vitamin B12 levels, isoniazid/penicillamine/oral contraceptives can lower vitamin B6 levels, folic acid can mask vitamin B12 deficiency

Store below 25°C, protect from light, do not freeze. Keep in original pack until use. Discard if solution is discoloured or contains particles.
