Vitamin B12 deficiency, peripheral neuropathy (diabetic/alcoholic/drug-induced), megaloblastic anemia due to B12 deficiency, nerve pain/tingling and numbness due to neuropathy

Methylcobalamin is the active form of vitamin B12 that helps in DNA synthesis and red blood cell formation. It supports myelin sheath formation and nerve regeneration, thereby improving nerve function and reducing neuropathic symptoms.

Tablet for oral use. Take as directed by the physician, usually once daily or as prescribed; can be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not exceed recommended dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, skin rash, itching

Use with caution in patients with hypersensitivity to vitamin B12/cobalt. In case of severe anemia or neurological symptoms, medical evaluation is needed to identify the cause of deficiency. Long-term use should be under medical supervision; monitor B12 levels if required. Seek medical advice if rash, swelling, or breathing difficulty occurs.

Chloramphenicol (may blunt hematologic response), metformin (may reduce B12 levels), proton pump inhibitors and H2 blockers (may reduce B12 absorption), colchicine (reduced absorption), nitrous oxide anesthesia (can inactivate B12)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
