Nutritional supplement commonly used to support women’s health; used for relief of premenstrual symptoms (PMS), cyclical breast pain (mastalgia) and to support hormonal balance (exact use depends on label composition).
Primosa capsules are typically positioned as an evening primrose oil (EPO) supplement. EPO provides gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid that is converted to anti-inflammatory prostaglandins, which may help reduce breast tenderness and PMS-related symptoms.
