Prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies, nutritional supplementation in fatigue/weakness, convalescence, stress, general debility and to support energy and stamina in men

Provides essential vitamins and minerals that support metabolism, red blood cell formation, nerve function and immunity. Ginseng acts as an adaptogen that may help reduce fatigue and improve physical and mental performance under stress.

Oral capsule. Typically 1 capsule once daily after food (preferably after breakfast) with water, or as directed by physician. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, heartburn, constipation, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, insomnia, flushing

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in diabetes (may affect blood glucose), hypertension, bleeding disorders, seizure disorders and in patients on anticoagulants/antiplatelets. Stop and consult a doctor if allergic reactions occur. Do not take other multivitamin products concurrently unless advised. Keep out of reach of children.

Warfarin/other anticoagulants, antiplatelets (aspirin, clopidogrel), antidiabetic medicines/insulin, MAO inhibitors, CNS stimulants/caffeine, other vitamin/mineral supplements (risk of excess intake)

Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Protect from heat, light and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed.
