How It Works
Provides essential vitamins and minerals required for normal metabolism, red blood cell formation, bone health, and immune function. Antioxidants help reduce oxidative stress, while ginseng/other botanicals may help improve energy and reduce fatigue. Omega-3 fatty acids support cardiovascular and overall health.
Directions for Use
Tablet for oral use. Take 1 tablet once daily or as directed by a physician, preferably after food with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, headache, metallic taste, belching/fishy aftertaste (if omega-3 present)
Warnings & Precautions
Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in patients with kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypervitaminosis, iron overload disorders, or those on anticoagulants. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic illness, or are taking other medicines, consult a doctor before use. Stop use and seek medical advice if allergic reactions occur.
Drug Interactions
Warfarin/other anticoagulants and antiplatelets (may increase bleeding risk if vitamin E/omega-3 present), levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours if minerals like iron/calcium present), tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics (reduced absorption with minerals; separate by 2-4 hours), antacids/calcium/iron supplements (may affect absorption of other components)
