Known side effects of Acecet-P Tab include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, heartburn, diarrhoea, dizziness, headache, increased liver enzymes, rash. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings

Use with caution in patients with history of stomach/duodenal ulcer or GI bleeding, kidney disease, liver disease, heart disease, hypertension, asthma/NSAID allergy. NSAIDs may increase risk of GI bleeding and cardiovascular events; use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration. Avoid alcohol and other paracetamol products due to liver toxicity risk. Seek medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe abdominal pain, swelling, breathing difficulty, or yellowing of eyes/skin.
