• Bleeding
• easy bruising
• nosebleed
• gum bleeding
• blood in urine
• black/tarry stools
• nausea
• vomiting
• diarrhea
• abdominal pain
• rash
• hair loss

Acitrom 1 Tablet may interact with the following:

• NSAIDs/aspirin and other antiplatelets (increased bleeding)
• heparin and other anticoagulants (increased bleeding)
• antibiotics (e.g.
• metronidazole
• macrolides
• fluoroquinolones
• co-trimoxazole) and antifungals (e.g.
• fluconazole) (increase INR)
• amiodarone (increase INR)
• anticonvulsants like carbamazepine/phenytoin (may reduce or alter effect)
• rifampicin (reduces effect)
• thyroid hormones (increase effect)
• alcohol (affects INR)
• herbal products like ginkgo/garlic/St John’s wort (bleeding risk/INR changes)
