Composition

Hydrous Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5%w/w) + Adapalene (0.1%w/w)

Uses of Aknegate BPO Gel

Treatment of acne (acne vulgaris) including blackheads, whiteheads and inflammatory pimples

• •Helps clear pimples and inflammatory lesions

• •Decreases redness and swelling
• •Helps prevent new breakouts

How it works

Benzoyl peroxide releases active oxygen on the skin, which kills acne-causing bacteria (Cutibacterium acnes). It also has mild keratolytic and comedolytic action that helps unclog pores and reduce inflammation.

Directions for use

For external use only. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer once daily initially; may increase to twice daily as tolerated. Avoid eyes, lips, nostrils and broken/irritated skin. Moisturizer and sunscreen may be used; wash hands after application.
