What is Alergate 180MG Tab used for?

Relief of allergy symptoms in seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) such as sneezing
runny/blocked nose
itchy/watery eyes; also used for chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives) with itching and wheals.

How Alergate 180MG Tab Works

Fexofenadine is a second-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks peripheral H1 receptors. It reduces the effects of histamine released during allergic reactions, relieving sneezing, itching, watery eyes and hives with minimal sedation.

Dosage & Directions

Oral tablet. Usual adult dose: 180 mg once daily or as directed by physician. Take with water, with or without food. Avoid taking with fruit juices (apple/orange/grapefruit) and keep a 2-hour gap from aluminium/magnesium antacids.

Always follow your doctor's prescription. Do not self-medicate.
