Important Warnings

Prescription-only antidepressant. May increase risk of suicidal thoughts/behavior especially in children, adolescents and young adults; monitor closely. May cause withdrawal symptoms if stopped suddenly. Use with caution in seizure disorders, bipolar disorder/mania, glaucoma, bleeding disorders, hyponatremia risk (elderly/diuretics).
