Known side effects of Artigrel-90MG Tab include Bleeding, bruising, shortness of breath (dyspnoea), headache, dizziness, nausea, diarrhoea, increased uric acid. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Increases risk of bleeding—seek urgent help for unusual bleeding, black stools, vomiting blood, severe headache, or weakness. Avoid use in active pathological bleeding or history of intracranial hemorrhage. Use caution in patients with bleeding disorders, recent surgery/trauma, severe liver disease, gout/hyperuricaemia, or asthma/COPD (may worsen breathlessness). Do not discontinue without doctor advice (risk of heart attack/stent thrombosis). Inform surgeon/dentist before procedures.
