Known side effects of Aten D Tab include dizziness, fatigue, slow heart rate, low blood pressure, increased urination, headache, nausea, weakness, electrolyte imbalance (low potassium/sodium), increased blood sugar, increased uric acid. Not everyone experiences these side effects.
