• dizziness
• fatigue
• slow heart rate
• low blood pressure
• increased urination
• headache
• nausea
• weakness
• electrolyte imbalance (low potassium/sodium)
• increased blood sugar
• increased uric acid

Aten D Tab may interact with the following:

• Other antihypertensives (additive hypotension)
• calcium channel blockers like verapamil/diltiazem (bradycardia/heart block)
• digoxin (bradycardia)
• NSAIDs (reduced BP control
• renal risk)
• lithium (increased lithium levels/toxicity with thiazides)
• antidiabetic medicines/insulin (altered glucose control)
• corticosteroids or amphotericin B (low potassium)
• ACE inhibitors/ARBs or potassium supplements (electrolyte changes)
• alcohol (increased dizziness)

Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
