What is Atoran 10MG Tab used for?

Used to treat high cholesterol (hypercholesterolaemia
mixed dyslipidaemia) and to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke in people with cardiovascular risk factors.

How Atoran 10MG Tab Works

Atorvastatin is a statin that inhibits HMG‑CoA reductase, an enzyme required for cholesterol synthesis in the liver. This lowers LDL (bad cholesterol) and triglycerides and can modestly increase HDL (good cholesterol), reducing plaque formation and cardiovascular risk.

Dosage & Directions

Tablet for oral use. Take once daily at the same time each day, with or without food, as prescribed. Continue diet/exercise measures; do not stop without medical advice.
