Known side effects of Augpen DS Sus include Diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, indigestion, rash, itching, oral thrush, vaginal yeast infection. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Prescription antibiotic—use only for bacterial infections. Do not use in patients with allergy to penicillins/cephalosporins or history of severe hypersensitivity reactions. Use with caution in liver disease; may rarely cause hepatitis/jaundice—seek care if yellowing of eyes/skin, dark urine, severe fatigue. Dose adjustment may be needed in kidney impairment. Prolonged use may cause superinfection. If severe diarrhoea, blood in stools, or severe skin rash occurs, stop and consult a doctor immediately.

Storage
Store unreconstituted powder in a cool, dry place below 25°C, protected from moisture. After reconstitution, store in a refrigerator (2–8°C), do not freeze, keep tightly closed, shake well before use, and discard remaining suspension as per pack instructions (commonly within 7 days).
