• muscle pain/spasm
• back pain
• abdominal pain
• constipation
• diarrhea
• increased uric acid
• gout
• increased liver enzymes

Bempuless 180 Tab 10S may interact with the following:

• Simvastatin (increased myopathy risk; avoid high doses)
• pravastatin (increased levels; caution)
• other lipid-lowering agents as advised
• drugs increasing uric acid or gout risk (e.g.
• thiazide/loop diuretics)
