Bempuless 180 Tablet contains Bempedoic acid (180mg). It belongs to the ACL (ATP-citrate lyase) inhibitor class of medicines.

How Bempuless 180 Tablet works

Bempedoic acid inhibits ATP-citrate lyase (ACL) in the liver, reducing cholesterol synthesis upstream of HMG-CoA reductase. This increases LDL receptor activity and enhances clearance of LDL cholesterol from the blood.

How to take Bempuless 180 Tablet

Take by mouth as prescribed by the doctor, usually once daily, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water; continue diet/exercise and other lipid-lowering therapy as advised. Do not stop without medical advice.

Missed dose and overdose
