What is Bilasure M Tablet used for?

Treatment of allergic rhinitis (seasonal/perennial) with symptoms such as sneezing
runny/blocked nose
itching and watery eyes; allergic rhinitis associated with cough/wheeze in patients needing leukotriene receptor antagonist.

How Bilasure M Tablet Works

Bilastine is a second‑generation antihistamine that blocks H1 receptors to reduce sneezing, itching and watery eyes. Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks cysteinyl leukotrienes, decreasing allergy‑related nasal congestion and airway inflammation.

Dosage & Directions

Tablet; take exactly as prescribed. Commonly taken once daily. Bilastine is best taken on an empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after food); avoid taking with fruit juice. Swallow whole with water.
