Known side effects of Biopride 2MG Tab include Hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar), dizziness, headache, nausea, stomach upset, weight gain, skin rash. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Risk of hypoglycaemia—higher with missed meals, alcohol, heavy exercise, elderly, liver/kidney impairment. Use with caution in hepatic/renal disease; dose adjustment may be needed. Not for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Inform doctor if you have G6PD deficiency (risk of hemolysis). Seek help for severe allergy, yellowing of eyes/skin, or persistent low sugars. Driving/operating machinery may be affected during hypoglycaemia.
