Important Warnings

Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism or severe dehydration. Do not exceed recommended dose; excess calcium/vitamin D may cause hypercalcemia (nausea, vomiting, confusion, increased urination). Patients on blood thinners (warfarin) should consult doctor before using vitamin K2 products. If you have sarcoidosis or other granulomatous disease, use only under medical supervision.

Warfarin/other vitamin K antagonists (reduced anticoagulant effect)
Thiazide diuretics (increased risk of hypercalcemia)
Digoxin (arrhythmia risk with hypercalcemia)
Levothyroxine (reduced absorption)
Tetracyclines/quinolones/bisphosphonates (reduced absorption)
Orlistat/cholestyramine (reduced vitamin D absorption)
