Erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men
Sildenafil inhibits PDE-5 to increase cGMP levels, relaxing smooth muscle and improving penile blood flow during sexual stimulation. This supports erection formation and maintenance.
Take 30-60 minutes before sexual activity as advised; not more than once daily. May be taken with or without food; avoid heavy/fatty meals if you want faster onset.
Common side effects of Caverta 25 Tablet may include:
Contraindicated with nitrates and riociguat. Use caution in cardiovascular disease, low BP, severe liver/kidney disease, retinitis pigmentosa, and risk of priapism. Seek urgent care for prolonged erection >4 hours or sudden vision/hearing changes.
