• Dizziness
• headache
• flushing
• fatigue
• ankle swelling (edema)
• increased urination
• nausea
• low blood pressure
• electrolyte imbalance (low sodium/low potassium)
• increased uric acid
• increased creatinine

Celavi Trio 12.5/10/20MG may interact with the following:

• Other antihypertensives (additive hypotension)
• potassium supplements/salt substitutes or potassium-sparing diuretics (risk of high potassium from telmisartan)
• NSAIDs like ibuprofen/diclofenac (reduced effect and kidney risk)
• lithium (increased lithium levels/toxicity)
• ACE inhibitors or aliskiren (increased kidney/hyperkalemia risk; avoid in diabetes with aliskiren)
• corticosteroids (electrolyte changes)
• alcohol (increased dizziness)
