Chlorthalidone 12.5 mg + Cilnidipine 10 mg + Telmisartan 20 mg (per tablet)
Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), especially when blood pressure is not controlled with one or two medicines.
Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker that widens blood vessels and reduces peripheral resistance. Chlorthalidone is a thiazide-like diuretic that helps remove excess salt and water, lowering blood pressure.
Take by mouth as prescribed, usually once daily at the same time each day. Can be taken with or without food; swallow whole with water. Continue regularly even if you feel well; do not stop without medical advice.
Common side effects of CELAVI TRIO 12.5/10/20MG may include:
May cause dizziness and low blood pressure, especially after the first dose or with dehydration—rise slowly. Monitor kidney function and electrolytes (sodium, potassium) periodically; caution in kidney disease. Not recommended in pregnancy; avoid if planning pregnancy. Use caution in liver disease, gout/hyperuricemia, diabetes (may affect glucose), and in patients on salt-restricted diets. Seek urgent care for facial/lip swelling or breathing difficulty (angioedema), severe weakness, fainting, or reduced urine output.
