Known side effects of Cordilor 40MG Tab 10S include Dizziness, headache, fatigue, low blood pressure, nausea, back pain, diarrhea, increased potassium (hyperkalemia), raised creatinine. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Avoid use in pregnancy; can cause fetal harm. Use caution in kidney disease, liver impairment, dehydration/volume depletion, and in the elderly. Not recommended with aliskiren in diabetes; avoid dual RAAS blockade unless specifically advised. Seek help for fainting, severe dizziness, or signs of high potassium (weakness, irregular heartbeat).
