Known side effects of Cyblex M 80MG Tab include Hypoglycaemia, dizziness, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, constipation, weight gain, skin rash/itching. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Risk of hypoglycaemia especially with missed meals, strenuous exercise, alcohol intake, dose errors, renal/hepatic impairment, or when combined with other antidiabetic drugs. Use with caution in elderly, malnourished patients, and those with kidney or liver disease. Not indicated for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Seek medical help for severe hypoglycaemia, allergic reactions, jaundice, or unusual bruising/bleeding. During acute illness/surgery, treatment may need adjustment.
