Important Warnings

Use only under medical supervision. Contraindicated in known hypersensitivity to any component. Caution in patients with liver disease (nicotinamide), severe renal impairment, or a history of allergy/asthma. Seek urgent help for signs of anaphylaxis (breathing difficulty, facial swelling, severe rash). Not intended to replace treatment of the underlying cause of anemia/neuropathy unless diagnosed.

Drug Interactions

Cynocal Plus Inj may interact with the following:

Levodopa (without carbidopa/benserazide) may be antagonized by pyridoxine; isoniazid
penicillamine and hydralazine can increase vitamin B6 requirement; chloramphenicol may blunt hematologic response to vitamin B12; metformin and long-term acid-suppressants may reduce B12 levels; alcohol can worsen deficiency/neuropathy.

Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
