How DESOBIT 10MG TAB Works
Desloratadine is a second-generation antihistamine (H1 receptor blocker). It reduces the effect of histamine released during allergic reactions, relieving sneezing, itching, runny nose and hives with minimal sedation in most people.
Dosage & Directions
