Pain relief sprays typically provide topical analgesia through counter-irritant cooling/warming and/or local anti-inflammatory action. They reduce pain signals from the applied area and may help improve mobility.
Shake well if instructed. Spray on the affected area from a short distance and allow to dry; do not rub vigorously unless label advises. Use 2-3 times daily or as directed. Avoid eyes, mouth, broken/irritated skin, and tight bandaging unless advised.
Common side effects of Dolo Pain Relief Spray may include:
For external use only. Stop use if severe irritation, blistering, or allergy occurs. Avoid use on cuts/wounds or near eyes/mucosa. Use with caution in asthma or known sensitivity to topical analgesics. Consult a doctor for persistent pain, swelling, or if used in children.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Dolo Pain Relief Spray. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
